Rock for People 2025 has wowed fans with the announcement of the first thirty artists – including two headliners – that will perform at the festival’s 30th edition. In the summer, Park 360 in Hradec Králové is set to welcome Linkin Park, who is currently experiencing an incredibly successful comeback that is resonating around the world. The organizers of Rock for People, which takes place June 11–14, have managed to book the band – with a new line-up led by singer Emily Armostrong – for the lucrative Saturday date despite enormous demand from almost every major European festival.

“I never would have thought that Rock for People would have an artist that is globally the ‘hottest name’ of the season and that we would be one of the first chosen festivals to book such a band. And it’s happening!” says the founder of the festival Michal Thomes and adds: “I couldn’t have dreamed of a better celebration of Rock for People’s 30th birthday!” The second announced headliner is the metal giant Slipknot, who will come back to Hradec Králové after two years, celebrating 30 years on the music scene. Visitors can also look forward to e.g. Irish post-punk band Fontaines D.C., Bristol hell-raisers IDLES, the long-awaited Motionless In White, American rockers Skillet, and Swedish metal band In Flames. Due to the expected immense demand, the ticket sale is now suspended and will restart on Monday, November 18 at 10 a.m. at https://goout.net/en/tickets/
Having become a leader of the Czech music scene over the last couple of years, Rock for People brings over 150 artists every year, including the world’s biggest stars. The dramaturgy of each day is carefully arranged so that the program includes a diverse selection of certified, energetic, guitar-driven acts, trending bands, and also newcomers. Aside from foreign artists, the Czech & Slovak music scene is also represented; the first announced local name of the upcoming edition is Ewa Farna, one of the most successful Czech-Polish singers of today, who will come back to Park 360 a year after supporting superstar Ed Sheeran on his two shows in July 2024. Fans can also look forward to the popular RfP advent calendar, which reveals one artist from the upcoming edition’s line-up every day at midnight on the festival’s website, starting December 1. Most bands that will perform at Rock for People 2025 will be known by the end of this year. More details can be found at www.rockforpeople.cz. Special tickets such as VIP, Comfy+, Junior, Senior, and ZTP are also available for purchase.
